If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

460 EFI Guys, a limited liability company, organized under the laws of the state of Wyoming (hereinafter referred to as “460 EFI Guys”)

Customers may request a refund on goods sold within 15 days of receipt of product.
To be eligible for a return and refund the following conditions must be met:

- Customers must return the item in its original packaging.
- The item must not be used.
- The item must not be damaged.
If the above conditions are not met, 460 EFI Guys reserves the right to reject return and/or refund.
In case of item return, the customer will be responsible for paying any applicable costs for shipping.
Refunds on sale items are permissible and subject to the same conditions as refunds on regularly-priced items.
Customers may request an exchange in lieu of a refund. Exchange requests will be processed, and accepted or denied.
Customers must contact 460 EFI Guys (at one of the contact points provided above) prior to the start of the return and/or refund process.

VEHICLE SERVICE, MODIFICATION, AND INSTALLATION POLICY
At 460 EFI Guys LLC, we take pride in the quality of our workmanship, technical expertise, and attention to detail. Every service, repair, diagnostic procedure, installation, modification, and tuning operation is performed using industry knowledge, experience, and professional judgment. Our goal is to provide reliable solutions and exceptional service while maintaining transparency throughout the process.
Customers are encouraged to inspect their vehicle and discuss any questions or concerns regarding completed work before final payment is made and before the vehicle leaves our facility. For customers who are unable to inspect their vehicle in person, we can provide photographs, videos, diagnostic data, and other documentation of completed work upon request. Extensive documentation requests requiring substantial time beyond normal service procedures may be billed at our standard labor rates.
Motor vehicles are complex systems consisting of thousands of interconnected mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, electronic, and software-controlled components. While a repair, installation, modification, or tuning service may successfully address a specific concern, neither 460 EFI Guys LLC nor any repair facility can guarantee the future performance, reliability, or condition of unrelated vehicle systems or components. Pre-existing conditions, hidden defects, aging components, previous repairs, aftermarket modifications, environmental factors, operating conditions, maintenance practices, and normal wear and tear can all affect vehicle performance and reliability.
If a concern arises following service, the customer agrees to promptly notify 460 EFI Guys LLC and provide a reasonable opportunity to inspect and evaluate the vehicle before authorizing repairs or modifications by a third party. Many vehicle concerns require diagnosis to determine whether they are related to previously performed work, newly developed issues, or unrelated system failures.
Unless otherwise stated in writing, all sales, labor, diagnostics, tuning services, custom fabrication, special-order parts, and installed components are final. Due to the nature of automotive service work, diagnostic time, labor charges, tuning services, and custom-installed parts are non-refundable once performed.
Vehicles will not be released from the possession of 460 EFI Guys LLC until all outstanding balances, including labor, parts, storage fees (if applicable), diagnostics, tuning services, and any other authorized charges, have been paid in full.
460 EFI Guys LLC stands behind the quality of the work it performs. However, vehicle repairs and modifications involve variables beyond our control, and no representation is made that a vehicle will remain free from future mechanical, electrical, electronic, drivability, performance, or reliability concerns after service is completed. Customers acknowledge and accept that unforeseen issues may arise before, during, or after service, whether related or unrelated to the work performed.
By authorizing service, the customer acknowledges that 460 EFI Guys LLC is responsible only for performing the specific services authorized by the customer using reasonable skill, care, and professional judgment. Due to the age, condition, complexity, and interconnected nature of modern and classic vehicle systems, 460 EFI Guys LLC does not guarantee the future performance, reliability, durability, or suitability of any vehicle, component, system, repair, modification, installation, or tuning result unless expressly stated in a separate written agreement. The customer further acknowledges that diagnosis, repair, modification, and tuning involve variables beyond the control of 460 EFI Guys LLC, and that the occurrence of a subsequent issue, malfunction, or component failure shall not, by itself, create a presumption that the service performed by 460 EFI Guys LLC was defective or caused the condition.
PAYMENT REVERSAL, RETURNED PAYMENTS, AND COLLECTION COSTS
Customer acknowledges and agrees that all payments made for services, labor, diagnostics, repairs, performance improvements, parts, products, and related charges are final upon completion of the transaction. In the event any payment is reversed, disputed, charged back, canceled, stopped, revoked, returned, rejected, dishonored, or otherwise fails to clear for any reason, Customer shall remain fully liable for the original amount due, together with any and all fees, costs, and expenses incurred by 460 EFI Guys LLC in recovering such amounts.
Customer agrees to reimburse 460 EFI Guys LLC for all costs associated with the collection and recovery of unpaid amounts, including but not limited to bank fees, chargeback fees, returned check fees, payment processor fees, administrative costs, collection agency fees, skip-tracing fees, process server fees, court filing fees, expert witness fees, arbitration fees, mediation fees, attorney’s fees, litigation expenses, post-judgment collection costs, interest as permitted by law, and any other costs reasonably incurred in enforcing 460 EFI Guys LLC’s rights and recovering amounts owed.
If legal action, arbitration, collection proceedings, or any other enforcement action becomes necessary, Customer agrees that the venue shall be proper in the jurisdiction selected by 460 EFI Guys LLC to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. 460 EFI Guys LLC’s acceptance of any payment method shall not constitute a waiver of its right to pursue all available legal and equitable remedies for recovery of unpaid amounts.
Any attempt to initiate a chargeback, payment dispute, or stop-payment request without an approved and signed document from 460 EFI Guys shall constitute a breach of these Terms and Conditions and shall not relieve Customer of their obligation to pay for services rendered, parts supplied, or products delivered.
