for spring pressures up to 350 lbs (enough for a roller cam with .600 lift)

Adjustable rocker set

  • These roller rockers are designed to be a replacement for the factory rocker arm. Simply remove the factory rockers and replace them with your new Harland Sharp roller rockers. Simply turn and set the pushrod adjuster to set preload.  We recommend always checking for head & valve cover clearance and proper lifter preload.

1988-97 F250/F350 460/7.5 Saginaw Power Steering Conversion Service for the EFI 460 Bracket (plus included pulley)

Ditch the groaning, low pressure ford pump. Simply send us your power steering bracket and we will convert it. We ultrasonic clean them, mill them and weld in the correct components to covert them to accept a Saginaw power steering pump. From there we paint them and send them back to you. They are ready to accept the pump from the EFI 460 vans. You can pick up the pump at a local parts store for under 75$ (part # 731-2153). The ones we’ve done so far we even used the original trucks power steering line. Also included is the power steering pump pulley.

Depending on how quickly you need your new bracket, there are two purchasing options:

Option 1: We don’t charge a core charge. You send us your bracket for this service, and we quickly modify it and send it back to you.

Option 2: We charge a $250 core charge. This way, if you can’t afford the down time with your truck, pre-pay the additional refundable core charge of $250. From there, we will send one out ready to go as quickly as we can – pending inventory and availability. Once we receive your old bracket back in usable condition we refund the core charge.

Flowkooler - High Flow Water Pumps

Simply put, a stock volume water pump falls sadly short on a stock 460 powered truck. If you do any towing or have increased the power of your engine you will need help to move that massive amount of coolant faster. Your Ford engine and the ECU needs to stay within a specific temperature range to operate correctly. Too cold and you waste fuel, get too hot and the ECU leans the air fuel curve and overheats the engine even further. We searched high and low for a pump that actually worked with the stock radiator tubes, pump shaft, and fan bolt pattern. We were thrilled to find Flowkooler water pumps. But before we offered or recommended any part to anyone we thoroughly test everything first. We installed a few on our built up engines we were installing. What we found was this pump always held the temperature much much closer to the thermostat rating than you could ever expect out of a stock water pump.

Features of these water pumps include:
  • Precision cast iron housing to match year and application
  • CNC machined billet impeller which is larger and has a higher vane count
  • Tighter impeller to casting tolerances
  • More efficient port design
  • Much better flow from idle to rev limit than stock
  • Type II Class II military grade surface coating for protection against corrosion of aluminum impeller
  • Backing plate to water pump gasket, with a shim gasket (if needed for spacing)

Great way to upgrade you carb'd 460!! I bought a complete kit several years ago to upgrade the 1978 460 that I was putting in my 1965 truck. I could have gone with an aftermarket bolt-on injection unit but I love having factory stuff so I can repair the truck at local auto parts stores. I had the truck running but wanted to have the old school breather instead of the tall aluminum intake since it was going in the 65. I ordered and installed this low profile unit and love it!!!

This throttle body is great! So fast and responsive. I am amazed by how much power is in the old truck. I am also completely satisfied with the customer service. I was still figuring out exactly what I wanted when I called and Russel took the time to answer a lot of questions for me. I am completely happy with everything I have bought from them. Well let me start by saying my truck was completely stock 460 absolutely nothing done to it. Now I have headers redone heads just cause my old exhaust manifold studs snapped off in the head but yes headers and I had my intake done by russle and this low profile throttle body. Just like it states everything is plug and play would recommend if your not a mechanic to take pictures of where all the sensors and vacuum lines go but just so it's easier when going back together. Now that I have that put of the way the power and throttle response everything is ridiculous I still cant believe how just the three things I did literally woke this truck up I am absolutely in love with the power everything. My new 73 460 I just bought will be getting these same parts done by russle and I cant wait. The advice and help you get as well from russle is amazing he will literally help you threw the entire install and do what he can to make sure your truck is running just as good as mine is I highly recommend all of his products they are amazing.

14" Round Air Filter Base for Low-Profile Throttle Bodies

This is only for the Air Filter Base, not a complete Air Filter. We find these to be the perfect fit for the low-profile throttle bodies. These have a ¾ “ rise needed to clear your fuel rails. There is a metal port that connects to the driver side breather port. We also drill and install a grommet for the idle air bypass. Take the guess work and the possibility of drilling your air filter incorrectly away, we will gladly do this step. Top this off with any 14″ round air filter of your choice, and lid of your choice.

These are included with every throttle body purchase.

This intake is amazing. I inspected the intake manifold inch by inch when it arrived and I loved it. There is definitely noticeable more power now that there is better airflow. Russel does an amazing job, not only with the parts but also with his customer service. He went out of his way to make sure I got my core charged returned to me. I bought several products from these guys and I am completely satisfied with all of them.

Russle did a amazing job with turn around of the intake to how it looks and performs it's seriously a huge upgrade for these old 460. I already purchased another 460 so I will be getting another one done for my other project. I have the low profile throttle body as well and I must say the throttle response and power I have now is a drastic change from how my truck was stock. I was border line gonna get rid of the truck cause of the lack of power now it's not even a option.

Performance Modified Intake

We are proud to offer the only performance upgrade intake for 1988-1997 460’s. Whether you have built up your 460 or wanting more out of your stock motor letting it breath is always the answer to more horsepower and torque. Having seen the drastic performance increase with ported and balanced single plane manifolds paired with multi-port efi we had to give it a shot. The result was an instant and undeniably increase in powerStarting with Ford’s factory intake we start by cutting the stair-stepped bottom out. From there we remove all the internal passages. They are cut back into a balanced much short length. The air no longer has to get drawn through long runners that make sharp 90 degree turns. Instead each cylinder can now easily draw the air it needs to make the power a 460 is capable of. The easiest way to describe the difference is, instead of downshifting just lay into the throttle and watch the speedo climb. As always, we did 12 time trial pulls before and after the intakeThe difference was 1.75 seconds difference in 0-60 in the pictured blue and white 9000 lb. Monster. Everyone who has gone for a ride has said they all felt a huge difference. As the driver it feels like I just unhooked the flatbed trailer.

Re-mapped to a 96 layout includes converting/remapping: ignition module,  distributor, idle air control valve, & oxygen sensor.
This process on yours will include:
  • Completely stripping the harness and cycling it through our ultrasonic process (sounds cheesy but it makes the wires soft and flexible & like new again)
  • Testing and inspecting wires & connectors for continuity and damage

SUM-K3500 Cam and Lifter Kit for Ford EFI 460 Pre Broken In by Cam Research

With all of the camshaft failure problems of late we learned to send all of our cams to Cam Research first. Using their patented Cam King machine, they break in the cams for us on their machine so we don’t have to worry about loosing a lobe or lifter, and neither will you. We have run thousand of these in the EFI 460, and it is a great upgrade. Rarely do you have to change valve springs with this cam. 282/292 duration, .486/.512 Lift, 112 LSA – has shown to be a great improvement in horsepower, torque, and fuel efficiency. All while being perfectly compatible with the speed density 460 ECU. We recommend checking your valve springs, but we have never had a problem with factory valve springs in good condition. Save yourself the shipping costs and time delay as we carry a stock of these, pre broken in and ready to ship.
