You can increase the pressure and the volume of your fuel injectors with the included adjustable Fuel Pressure Regulator. You can also reuse your other factor sensors. All you will need is; Intake gaskets, some rubber fuel lines, and a flaring Tool. We recommend installing a wide band air fuel gauge, incase you need larger injectors.

An EGR delete kit for 1987-1997 Ford trucks and Broncos with EEC-IV ECUs :

These kits are designed for “off-road use” and will safely eliminate the SMOG, EGR, and un-needed vacuum sensors from the ECU.
Using the same approach as we take in our vintage stand-alone harnesses we are now able to do a full EGR, vacuum sensor and smog system delete kit for 1988-1997 Ford trucks and Bronco. This unit is essentially a switch that turns off the EGR and other un-needed sensor feedback to ECU. This allows the ECU and engine to operate flawlessly the way it should. In fact, it achieves better air fuel curves without the SMOG program operating. Additionally, our kit includes the belt to bypass the SMOG pump. With all of this combined you will make more horsepower, torque and allow the engine to get better gas mileage. Without our kit, if your truck has a sensor failure with any of these components, it will go into Ford’s EEC-IV “limp mode”, resulting in horrible gas mileage and a loss of power.
You can leave all of these components intact, or if you want to clean up your engine bay, you can remove them. If you need to go do emissions testing, simply remove the Twisted Smog Box and plug your system back in as normal. The other components only take about 10 minutes to swap back and go get emissions tested and be fully legal for “on-road use”. That being said, we always have passed tailpipe emissions even with the smog system eliminated.
